About me

I completed my Masters in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work specializing in clinical practice. I have a background in liberal arts, education, and non-profits.

I practice in a psychodynamic and psychoanalytically informed way with a belief that it is through the therapy relationship that we can understand ourselves more fully and heal. I believe therapy is relational and invite my patients to talk about the ordinary moments to the deeply personal ones.

I am naturally curious, empathic, and non-judgmental.

As a social worker, I practice in an anti-oppressive way and am attuned to the way society and its systems impact the way we see ourselves and show up in relationships, work, and life. I am sex positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcome patients exploring sex, sexuality, and identity.
